Important notice for applicants
Attention new applicants: Please do not make any payments until you have received your Letter of Eligibility email directly from Camosun College. This letter will contain specific payment instructions and options available to you. Payments made without following the instructions in this letter will cause delays in processing your application.
The payment methods and instructions described below are primarily for current international students.
New applicants should follow the specific instructions provided in their Letter of Eligibility.

For students in Canada:

- Online banking/Mobile app - Payments through Canadian banks processed in 2-5 business days
Detailed payment methods
myCamosun (fastest option)
Accepts major international payment cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express (both credit and debit cards, where available)
How to pay:
- Log in to your myCamosun account
- Select "Student Finance"
- On the Account Summary page, select "Make a Payment" next to "Total Amount Due"

Flywire (recommended for international payments)
- Safe and secure online payments from outside Canada
- Choose your preferred payment amount and currency
- Pay using the latest exchange rate through your own bank or credit card
- Flywire may charge a fee for this service

International Bank Transfer/SWIFT
If you choose this method, pay well before the deadline to allow for processing time (5-7 business days).
How to pay:
- Contact us for detailed wire transfer information
- Visit your bank and request a wire transfer payable to "Camosun College"
- Important: In the Remittance Information/Payment Reference field, include: Your C#, Last name(s), First name(s), Tuition
Your bank may charge a fee for this service. Your deposit receipt will reflect only the amount Camosun College receives.
Check your myCamosun account within 5-7 business days to confirm if the payment arrived.
(For students in Canada only) Online banking/mobile app
Note: This payment option is only available if you have a Canadian bank account with the 'Pay Bills' feature. We do not accept Interac e-Transfers at this time. You cannot use banking apps from non-Canadian banks for this payment method.
This option is available through most major Canadian banks and credit unions.
How to pay:
- Log in to your Canadian banking website or mobile app
- Select PAY BILL (not E-Transfer)
- Set PAYEE as "Camosun College"
- Enter your Student Number/myCamosun ID as the ACCOUNT NUMBER (include the "C" with no space between the "C" and the first number)
- Follow your bank's instructions to complete the payment
Payments may take up to five business days to appear in your myCamosun account.
For banking issues, contact your bank's customer service.

Credit Card payment and dispute information
Payment
There is no extra charge to pay your tuition and fees to Camosun College using a credit card.
Important: You must be the cardholder or have the cardholder's explicit permission to use the card for payment. The college may request verification if the cardholder's name does not match the student's name.
Disputes
Please contact Camosun College International office before contacting your bank or credit card issuer.
Important: A fee of 10% of the chargeback amount will be charged to your student account for each instance; to allow the recovery of expenses a chargeback creates for the college.
Who can make your payment?
- You or an immediate family* member (parent/guardian or spouse) can make the payment.
For payments by anyone else, you must first get approval from Camosun College International Office.
- Camosun College may not accept deposits from private lenders, unauthorized third parties, or unauthorized providers.
- Unauthorized transactions may be rejected, and you would be responsible for any fees for returned payments.
Payments through Flywire are not affected by this requirement (see Flywire's terms and conditions for details).
